Jilibd Terms & Conditions – Read Before You Play

1 General Provisions

Jilibd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving eligible users in Bangladesh and other regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all jilibd services, websites, and mobile applications.

By registering an account on jilibd, using the platform, or participating in any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account with jilibd, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared with or used by third parties.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (password) secure.
• A national ID card or passport must be provided when requested for identity verification.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Jilibd currently accepts all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh for deposits. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• The account used for deposits and your jilibd account must be registered under the same name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Upon a successful deposit, your balance is credited to your account instantly.
• In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned within 3 business days.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from jilibd:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawals can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Once a bonus is accepted, withdrawals are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Funds will only be returned to the account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jilibd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, and the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and can be claimed once per user.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled (typically 5x–30x).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days; any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly authorized.
• jilibd reserves the right to revoke bonuses under special circumstances.
• If a promotion code is required to claim a bonus, it must be applied before making a deposit.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply strictly to Sports Betting and gaming on jilibd:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled (Cash Out is available under specific conditions).
• If a match is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a system error affecting odds, jilibd reserves the right to void the bet.
• Live betting may be subject to delays — if a bet is not accepted due to network issues, the amount will be refunded.
• Maximum bet amounts and payout caps may vary depending on the event.
• If a result is disputed, settlement will take place after the official result is announced.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilibd and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Opening an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Coordinated betting to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the system or software.
• Participation in match-fixing or any other illegal activities.
• Assisting minors (under 18) in accessing or using an account.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.

8 Account Closure & Restrictions

Jilibd may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violations.

9 Responsible Gaming

Jilibd firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 5 years.
• Reality Check: Set session time limits to remind yourself to take regular breaks.
• Account History: Your full gaming history is available to view at any time.
• jilibd never encourages or promotes gaming addiction.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute with jilibd must be handled by following the process outlined below:

• If you are unsatisfied with jilibd's decision, you may appeal to the relevant licensing authority.
• The account in question may be temporarily suspended for the duration of the dispute.

11 Changes to Terms

Jilibd reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
• For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
